ICSS Scope of Supply:  The Supplier shall be responsible to supply all the hardware, software and services to furnish a complete integrated operable ICSS in accordance with specifications, drawings and other documents. The hardware, software and services shall cover any items necessary to implement the functions and requirements intended, even if not specifically referenced in this document.  Supplier shall provide all Engineering, design, labor, materials, procurement, fabrication, supervision, quality control, quality assurance, assembly, testing, inspections and coordination to produce a completely integrated and operable process control system, safety shutdown system and fire and gas system that is designed and fabricated using prudent Engineering practices, in compliance with this and all referenced specifications. The scope of supply also includes the provision of ICSS equipment and personnel for the execution of FAT of interface communication links with any third parties, conducted at the premises of the Third-Party Suppliers. ICSS Supplier shall supply total products included in the project specifications.
